Air Fryer Turkey Sausage Meatballs and Squash
recipe is a delicious one-pan wonder.
Ingredients

butter

teaspoon
rosemary
½
teaspoon
thyme
½
teaspoon
sage
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
pepper
1
small
butternut squash
,
cubed
1
medium
onion
,
sliced
½
pound
mushrooms
,
sliced
4
cloves
garlic
,
minced
1
pound
turkey sausage
1
large
egg
½
cup
plain breadcrumbs
Instructions
Melt butter in a medium mixing bowl and stir in half of the herbs, salt, and pepper.
Add vegetables and stir to coat.
Place on air fryer racks and cook at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine sausage, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, and remaining herbs and spices in the same mixing bowl.
Use a cookie scoop and your hands to form about two dozen 1.5” meatballs.
Place over vegetables and return to air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes or until meatballs are temp at 165 degrees.
