Head over to your local Trader Joe's and pick up a package of Shawarma Chicken Thighs. It's really easy to make, and it tastes great! If you're looking for an easy and delicious weeknight meal, give this recipe a try!

Ingredients 

  • 1 package Trader Joe's Shawarma Chicken Thighs, refrigerated
  • 1 package Trader Joe's Original Hummus Dip
  • 1 package Trader Joe's Cauliflower Tabbouleh

Instructions

  • Remove the chicken thighs from the package. Add any sauce to a small bowl. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place chicken thighs into the air fryer basket, and set the cook time for 15-20 minutes. Flipping halfway during the cooking process. Remember, since all air fryers are slightly different, cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F by placing your meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken thighs.
  • To Make the bowl: Let the cook Shawarma Chicken Thighs cool for a couple of minutes, then shred. Divide the hummus among four shallow bowls. Top each with shredded chicken and cauliflower tabbouleh.
