Air Fryer Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella Bruschetta made quick and crispy. Fresh tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and basil on toasted bread.
Ingredients
1largebeefsteak tomato
1logBuffalo mozzarella
8-10basil leaves
2-4clovesgarlic, (depending on how much you love garlic)
1-2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonlemon juice, optional
1loafbread, Italian, French, or rustic bread, sliced
Instructions
Start by cutting 1 large beefsteak tomato and 1 log Buffalo mozzarella into small dice and put them in a medium-sized bowl.
Then finely chop the 8-10 basil leaves and 2-4 cloves garlic and add to the bowl.
Drizzle about 11-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil over the ingredients and season with 1 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
You can add 1 teaspoon lemon juice to add some extra taste.
While the Bruschetta Mix is marinating, slice your 1 loaf bread into 1/4 inch slices. Set the bread into the air fryer basket, drizzle with olive oil, and set the temperature to 375 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 3 to 5 minutes.
Spoon a few tablespoons of the Bruschetta mixture on top of the toasted bread.
