Description

Juicy air fryer thin chicken breast in 15 minutes — thin‑sliced breasts seasoned simply and air‑fried at 400°F until golden and tender. No breading, no brining. Perfect for quick dinners, salads, and meal prep.

Ingredients 

  • 4 chicken breasts, about 1 lb total, ¼–½ inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, or olive oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning, of choice — garlic powder, paprika, or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Pat the chicken dry. Lightly coat both sides with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
  • Arrange the cutlets in a single layer in the basket without overlapping. Work in batches if needed.
  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping once at the halfway point. Start checking at 7 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature — pull the chicken at 165°F (75°C) in the thickest part.
  • Rest 3–5 minutes, then slice against the grain and serve.
