Description

Juicy and packed with flavor, these teriyaki pork chops are made in the air fryer using just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients 

  • 4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless about 1-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce, or Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce, optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the pork chops with teriyaki sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chops are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the marinated pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping for even cooking.
  • Air fry the pork chops for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
  • Serve your delicious teriyaki pork chops with your favorite sides!
