Juicy and packed with flavor, these teriyaki pork chops are made in the air fryer using just a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
4pork chops, bone-in or boneless about 1-inch thick
1/4cupTeriyaki Sauce, or Teriyaki Marinade
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonMinced Garlic, optional
1tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the pork chops with teriyaki sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chops are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the marinated pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping for even cooking.
Air fry the pork chops for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
