Air Fryer Swordfish with Mango Salsa is a quick, healthy, and flavorful seafood recipe. Tender swordfish steaks cooked perfectly in the air fryer and topped with a fresh, zesty mango salsa.
Ingredients

Homemade Mango Salsa
2mangos, diced
1/2cupred onion, diced
1jalapeno, diced
1/2cupcilantro, diced
2tablespoonslime juice
Instructions
Pat the 4 swordfish steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
Set your air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F (200°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set cook time for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
While the fish cooks, combine diced 2 mangos, 1/2 cup red onion, j1 jalapeno, chopped 1/2 cup cilantro, and 2 tablespoons lime juice in a bowl. Stir gently to mix.
Remove the swordfish from the air fryer and transfer to plates. Top each steak with a generous spoonful of mango salsa and serve immediately.
