Description

Air Fryer Swordfish with Mango Salsa is a quick, healthy, and flavorful seafood recipe. Tender swordfish steaks cooked perfectly in the air fryer and topped with a fresh, zesty mango salsa.

Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Homemade Mango Salsa

  • 2 mangos, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  • Pat the 4 swordfish steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Set your air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F (200°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set cook time for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • While the fish cooks, combine diced 2 mangos, 1/2 cup red onion, j1 jalapeno, chopped 1/2 cup cilantro, and 2 tablespoons lime juice in a bowl. Stir gently to mix.
  • Remove the swordfish from the air fryer and transfer to plates. Top each steak with a generous spoonful of mango salsa and serve immediately.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
