Ingredients 

  • 6 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt,
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano,
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon.

Instructions

  • Start by washing and peeling the sweet potato and cutting it into fry-sized slices.
  • Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  • n a large bowl, add the diced sweet potatoes, oil, and seasoning, and toss to coat.
  • Place the diced sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  • Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
  • Serve hot as a side dish or snack! Optional: add a dipping sauce such as ranch or BBQ for extra flavor. Enjoy!
