Soft, buttery, and perfectly sweet sugar cookie bars baked quickly in the air fryer for an easy dessert or snack.
Ingredients
32ouncesSugar Cookie Dough , (2 rolls of store bought cookie dough)
2cupsvanilla frosting
1/4cupsprinkles
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and preheat the air fryer to 325°F. Spread the 32 ounces Sugar Cookie Dough evenly in the pan and press it flat.
Sprinkle half of the 1/4 cup sprinkles evenly over the dough. Place the pan in the air fryer and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
The bars are ready when the edges are lightly golden and crisp, and the center is set (it may still be slightly soft, which is fine—it firms up as it cools). Let them cool completely in the pan, then lift out using the parchment paper and cut into 9–12 squares.
Spread a 2 cups vanilla frosting over the bars and finish by sprinkling the remaining toppings over the top.
