Description
Crispy Air Fryer Nutella Wontons made with just 3 ingredients in 10 minutes. Golden, blistered wrappers with a warm molten chocolate-hazelnut center.
Ingredients
16
wonton wrappers
1/2
cup
Nutella
,
(about 1½ teaspoons per wonton)
2
tablespoons
powdered sugar
,
for serving
Instructions
Lay the wonton wrappers on a cutting board, keeping unused ones under a damp paper towel.
Spoon about 1½ teaspoons of Nutella into the center of each. Do not overfill.
Brush water along two adjacent edges, fold into a triangle, press firmly from the filling outward to seal and push out trapped air.
Spray the basket. Arrange in a single layer without touching. Spray the tops generously.
Air fry at 320°F for 4–6 minutes, until golden and blistered.
Rest at least 3 minutes — the filling is extremely hot. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

Notes
Freeze unbaked up to 2 months; air fry from frozen at 320°F, adding 2–3 minutes. Overfilling is the only reliable way to ruin these.
