Description
Air Fryer Strawberry Mascarpone Bruschetta is an easy 15‑minute summer appetizer — crisp air‑fried baguette topped with creamy mascarpone, fresh strawberries, honey, balsamic glaze, and basil.
Ingredients
1
baguette
,
sliced into ½‑inch‑thick pieces
1
cup
mascarpone cheese
,
softened
3
tablespoons
honey
9
medium
strawberries
,
hulled and sliced
1
tablespoon
balsamic glaze
10
basil leaves
,
fresh basil leaves, for garnish
1
tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
Lightly brush each baguette slice with olive oil and arrange in a single layer in the basket, without overlapping. Work in batches as needed.
Air fry 3–4 minutes, until golden and crisp. Watch closely to prevent burning, then cool slightly on a wire rack.
While the bread toasts, stir the mascarpone with the honey and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Spread mascarpone generously on each toasted slice and top with sliced strawberries.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil.
Serve immediately for the best contrast of crisp bread and creamy, fresh topping.

Notes
Bring the mascarpone to room temperature for easy spreading.
For deeper flavor, macerate the berries in a little sugar and balsamic vinegar first.
Assemble just before serving so the toast stays crisp.
