Description

Air Fryer Strawberry Mascarpone Bruschetta is an easy 15‑minute summer appetizer — crisp air‑fried baguette topped with creamy mascarpone, fresh strawberries, honey, balsamic glaze, and basil.

Ingredients 

  • 1 baguette, sliced into ½‑inch‑thick pieces
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 9 medium strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 10 basil leaves, fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  • Lightly brush each baguette slice with olive oil and arrange in a single layer in the basket, without overlapping. Work in batches as needed.
  • Air fry 3–4 minutes, until golden and crisp. Watch closely to prevent burning, then cool slightly on a wire rack.
  • While the bread toasts, stir the mascarpone with the honey and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  • Spread mascarpone generously on each toasted slice and top with sliced strawberries.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil.
  • Serve immediately for the best contrast of crisp bread and creamy, fresh topping.
