Description

Easy Air Fryer Strawberry Blondies made with strawberry cake mix, white chocolate chips, and a sweet vanilla glaze. Soft, chewy, and ready in under an hour — no oven required.

Ingredients 

Blondie:

  • 15 oz strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, optional

Vanilla Icing / Glaze:

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 baking pan that fits your air fryer with parchment paper and lightly coat with baking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips [and diced fresh strawberries, if using].
  • Press the batter evenly into the pan with a rubber spatula. Set the air fryer to 320°F on the air-fry setting and cook 15–25 minutes, until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
  • Let the blondies cool in the pan at least 15–20 minutes before glazing — glazing warm blondies makes a runny mess.
  • Make the glaze: whisk the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth and thick enough to pour but not run off. Add cream a few drops at a time if too thick.
  • Pour or drizzle the glaze over the cooled blondies, let it set, then slice into squares, serve, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use a thinner baking pan than you would in the oven so the center cooks through; too-thick a pan leaves a gooey middle.
  • Air fryers vary — check at the 15-minute mark and add time as needed.
  • For clean parchment, lay it over the pan, snip a 1–2" diagonal cut in each corner, then press it in so the edges fold flat.
  • Want a thicker glaze? Chill the glazed blondies for a few hours to firm it up.
