Make creamy, cheesy Starbucks-style truffle, mushroom, and brie egg bites at home using your air fryer. Perfect for quick breakfasts, brunch, or savory snacks.
Ingredients
6largeeggs
⅔cupheavy cream
1teaspoontruffle oil
½cupmushrooms, finely chopped
½cupbrie cheese, cubed
¼teaspoonsalt
⅛teaspoonblack pepper
1tablespoonfresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the 6 large eggs, ⅔ cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon truffle oil, ¼ teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon black pepper until smooth and fully combined.
Fold in the finely chopped ½ cup mushrooms and ½ cup brie cheese so they’re evenly distributed throughout the egg mixture.
Lightly grease 6 silicone egg bite molds or small ramekins with a little cooking spray or oil. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the molds.
Set your air fryer temperature to 300 degrees F (150°C) and let it preheat for 3–5 minutes.
Place the filled molds in the air fryer basket. Cook at 300°F set cook time for 12–15 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set but still soft and slightly jiggly in the center.
Carefully remove the molds and let them cool for 2–3 minutes. Gently pop the egg bites out of the molds.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh 1 tablespoon fresh chives and enjoy warm. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a savory snack on the go!
