Ingredients
1poundpizza dough
1cupspinach , fresh
1/2cupfeta cheese, crumbled
8ouncespizza sauce
1teaspoonolive oil, for brushing
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
In a small skillet, add 1 teaspoon olive oil and add 1 cup spinach cook for about 1-2 minutes, just until the spinach is wilted.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the 1/2 cup feta cheese, wilted spinach, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Roll out the 1 pound pizza dough.
Sprinkle the spinach and feta cheese into the center of the dough.
Roll the dough up, Pinch the sides so they stay close.
Use a pastry brush and brush the olive oil over the top.
Set into the air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting. Serve with 8 ounces pizza sauce.
