Description

Air Fryer Shrimp Skewers are a great and easy meal. Made with a simple garlic butter sauce, they are loaded with flavor

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Thaw the shrimp if frozen. Peel and devein, leaving tails on if desired.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the shrimp skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook the shrimp skewers in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  • Ensure the shrimp are fully cooked with an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Garnish the shrimp skewers with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dishes.
