Description

Air Fryer Sesame Bagels are amazing! So if you are looking for one of the easiest ways to make bagels, this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 2-3 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the yogurt and the flour until the dough comes together.
  • Divide your dough into 4 balls. Then roll your dough into a long rope. Make the rope into a bagel shape.
  • In a small bowl, whisk your egg with a fork. Using a pastry brush, brush the egg onto the bagel, and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
  • Set the bagel into the air fryer or Ninja Foodi Basket, and set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Note: if you do not have self-rising flour, make your own:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
