Ingredients 

  • 1 fresh Corn of Cob, Cut in Half
  • 1/2 pound fresh shrimp, or frozen
  • 2 Lobster tails, cut in half (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning , or Cajun Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Season the shrimp, lobster, and corn with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Drizzle with melted butter, making sure everything is evenly coated.
  • Place the corn in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Remove the corn and set aside.
  • Add the lobster tail to the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes. After 3-4 minutes, add the shrimp to the basket, making sure everything is in a single layer. Continue cooking until the lobster is fully cooked and the shrimp turns pink.
  • Once everything is cooked, serve your seafood boil on a platter. You can drizzle more melted butter over it and garnish with extra Old Bay seasoning.
