Description

Air Fryer Salt and Vinegar Wings – Crispy, tangy wings with a perfect salt and vinegar flavor, made easily in the air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.

Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive oil, for coating the wings evenly
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons White vinegar, for tangy flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder, for a savory touch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder, to enhance the seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, for a slight kick
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme, optional, for extra flavor

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, then place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the wings with olive oil and toss to coat. Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and dried thyme (if using). Toss again to evenly coat the wings.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the wings are crispy.
  • Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and immediately drizzle with white vinegar. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
  • Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
