Air Fryer Salt and Vinegar Wings – Crispy, tangy wings with a perfect salt and vinegar flavor, made easily in the air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.
Ingredients
2lbsChicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
1-2tablespoonsOlive oil, for coating the wings evenly
1/2teaspoonSalt, to taste
2tablespoonsWhite vinegar, for tangy flavor
1/2teaspoonGarlic powder, for a savory touch
1/2teaspoonOnion powder, to enhance the seasoning
1/4teaspoonBlack pepper, for a slight kick
1/2teaspoonDried thyme, optional, for extra flavor
Instructions
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, then place them in a large bowl.
Drizzle the wings with olive oil and toss to coat. Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and dried thyme (if using). Toss again to evenly coat the wings.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the wings are crispy.
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and immediately drizzle with white vinegar. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
