Description

Enjoy a delicious, healthy meal with this Air Fryer Salmon with Mushroom Sauce recipe. Tender salmon fillets topped with a creamy mushroom sauce, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.

Ingredients 

  • 2  Salmon Fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red peppers, roasted or raw
  • 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted melted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by cutting your salmon fillets in equal size portions. Season your salmon with salt, black pepper, dill weed, and drizzle the butter and lemon juice on top.
  • Dice the mushrooms, roasted red peppers, toss them with some olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Spray your basket with cooking spray, and then add your seasoned salmon and vegetables.
  • Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting for 7 to 9 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
