2salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each.
1cupbell peppers, sliced
1cuponion, sliced
14ouncestomatoes, diced
2clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonsalt, to taste
1/2teaspoonblack pepper, to taste
2tablespoonFresh basil, diced, for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, mix bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
