Buttery, melt-in-your-mouth cookies with chopped pecans, coated in powdered sugar and baked quickly in the air fryer for a classic, festive treat.
Ingredients
1rollsugar cookies, found in the dairy dept.
1/4cupall-purpose flour
3/4cuppecans, diced or crushed
1cuppowdered sugar
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the 1 roll sugar cookies.
Then add in the 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and chopped 3/4 cup pecans.
Mix well.
Then scoop up about a tablespoon of batter, and press together, as you make them place them on a greased air fryer. (If you have an air fryer oven, if you have an air fryer basket, line your basket with parchment paper)
Set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F, and set cook time for 4-6 minutes. (Use air fryer setting)
