Description
This is a great and easy side for any meal. This serves up with a great air-fried steak.
Ingredients

pounds
fingerling potatoes
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, rub the olive oil over the potatoes, then season with salt and pepper.
Then spread the potatoes over the air fryer tray or basket.
Set the temperature to 400 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 12 to 15 minutes. Check to make sure they are fork-tender before removing.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
