Ingredients 

  • 4 cups potatoes , diced
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3-4 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 chives, diced

Instructions

  • Start by dicing your potatoes. You don't need to peel them, which makes this an easy air fryer side dish!
  • After you finish cutting all of your potatoes up, place them into a large bowl, where you can add your salt, pepper, and olive oil, mix well.
  • After you finish cutting all of your potatoes up, place them into the air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 8 to 12 minutes.
  • When your potatoes are fork-tender, sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes.
  • Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Remove the cheesy potatoes, place them on a plate.
  • Garnish with diced bacon and chives!
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
