In a small bowl, mix the 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Then mix in the 1 cup shortening, and continue to mix until it’s crumbly.
Then add the 2 large eggs.
Press the crumb layer on the bottom of a greased pan.
In a small bowl, mix the 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 4 cups raspberries (either fresh or frozen), and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Mix well, spread it out onto the crumble layer, and then sprinkle the rest of the crumb topping on top of the raspberry filling.
Place the dessert into the air fryer, 320 degrees F (air fryer setting) for the first 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes at 300 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Let cool slightly before serving.
