Description

Ingredients 

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets, 2 sheets
  • 1/2 cup raspberry pie filling , or jam
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Start by removing the puff pastry sheets from the freezer and letting them thaw. Follow the package instructions for thawing, which typically involves about 40 minutes at room temperature.
  • Place the puff pastry onto a generously floured work surface. Roll it into a sizable square, approximately 12"x 12". Using a sharp chef's knife or a pizza cutter-- divide the pastry into 9 equally sized squares.
  • Spread the Filling: Place the raspberry preserves in the center of each pastry square. Brush each pastry with the beaten egg, ensuring a nice glaze.
  • Beat an egg and brush it over the pastry for a golden-brown finish.
  • Place the puff pastry into the air fryer and set the cooking temperature to 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
