Description

Flaky, golden Air Fryer Raspberry Crescent Rolls made with just 3 ingredients in under 10 minutes! Buttery crescent dough wrapped around sweet raspberry jam and drizzled with vanilla glaze — the easiest breakfast pastry you will ever make.

Ingredients

For the Raspberry Crescent Rolls:

  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough, (8 triangles)
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam , or preserves, about 1 tablespoon per roll
  • Cooking spray, for greasing the basket

For the Vanilla Glaze (optional):

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoons milk, or heavy cream for a richer glaze
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

Instructions

  • Prep the air fryer. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line with a piece of parchment paper cut to fit.
  • Unroll the dough. Open the tube of crescent dough and gently unroll it onto a clean work surface. Separate into 8 triangles along the perforated lines.
  • Add the jam. Spoon 1 tablespoon of raspberry jam onto the wide end of each triangle, keeping it centered and away from the edges to prevent leaking.
  • Roll them up. Starting at the wide end with the jam, gently roll each triangle toward the pointed tip. Tuck the tip underneath and pinch the seam to seal.
  • Air fry. Place the rolls in the basket in a single layer with 1 inch of space between each. Air fry at 340°F (170°C) for 4 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
  • Make the glaze. While the rolls cook, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner glaze.
  • Cool & glaze. Remove the rolls from the air fryer and let cool 2–3 minutes. Drizzle with glaze.

Equipment

Notes

Notes

  • Storage: Store cooled, glazed rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerated for up to 4 days.
  • Reheating: Re-crisp in the air fryer at 300°F for 2 minutes.
  • Freezing: Freeze unglazed rolls for up to 2 months. Reheat from frozen at 320°F for 4–5 minutes.
  • Jam swaps: Strawberry, apricot, blueberry, fig, apple butter, or Nutella all work beautifully.
  • Air fryer variation: Cook times can vary by model — start checking at 3 minutes.
  • Do not overfill: Stick to 1 tablespoon of jam per roll to prevent leaking.
  • Glaze tip: Glaze the rolls while warm, not hot, or the glaze will melt off.
