Air Fryer Pumpkin Hand Pies

Description

These pumpkin hand pies are a perfect little treat for the Holiday season! Make a largebatch, they are a total crowd pleaser!

Ingredients 

  • 1 box refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  • With the help of a 4-inch cookie cutter cut circles out of the pie dough. Set aside.
  • In a bowl add the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and melted butter and stir until incorporated
  • Scoop around 1 tbsp pumpkin pie mixture in the middle of a pie dough circle and fold in half, shaping a half moon. Press firmly the edges so they stick together.Repeat the process with the rest of the crust and filling
  • Working in batches, place the hand pies into the air fryer basket. Spray with the butter cooking spray and cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
