Ingredients
1boxSpice Cake Mix
15ouncescanned pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling
1/4cuppowdered sugar, optional
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the spice cake mix and canned pumpkin.
Mix well, scrape down the sides to make sure you get all of the dry cake mix into the batter.
Spray your Bundt pan with olive oil spray or non-stick cooking spray.
Fill your Bundt cake pan with the batter. Then set into the air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 320 degrees F. (air frying setting)
