Description

Make a delicious and quick Air Fryer Provolone Broccoli Rabe Sandwich with melted provolone cheese, sautéed broccoli rabe, and crispy sourdough bread—perfect for a satisfying meal in minutes!

Ingredients 

  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli rabe, can be substituted with kale
  • 1/8 cup mayo

Instructions

  • Spread mayo on one side of each sandwich. Then place a handful of broccoli rabe or kale on one side. Tear your provolone slice in half and place both halves on the other piece of bread.
  • Place your sandwich in the air fryer and spritz with olive oil. Cook for 4 minutes at 350 degrees on the air fryer setting.
  • Flip the sandwich over and spritz with oil again. Cook for an additional 4 minutes at 350 degrees.
