Description

Air Fryer Pork Tacos are a quick and flavorful meal, featuring seasoned ground pork cooked to perfection in the air fryer. Served in tortillas and topped with your favorite garnishes, these tacos are crispy, juicy, and easy to make in under 30 minutes. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or Taco Tuesday!

Ingredients 

Ground Pork Taco Filling:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small tortillas, corn or flour

Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, cilantro, lime wedge

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pork: In a bowl, mix the ground pork with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Cook in the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes. Place the seasoned ground pork in an air fryer-safe pan or directly into the basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, breaking it up halfway through, until fully cooked and browned.
  • Assemble the Tacos: While the pork cooks, warm the tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes. Once the pork is ready, fill the tortillas with the cooked pork.
  • Add Toppings: Top the tacos with your favorite toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
