Description

Enjoy the ultimate party snack with these Air Fryer Pigs in a Blanket! These bite-sized delights are crispy on the outside and deliciously savory on the inside. Perfect for game day, gatherings, or as a fun appetizer, they're quick and easy to make in your air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated Crescent rolls
  • 12 ounces mini smoked sausages (cocktail franks)
  • 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash, optional
  • 1 teaspoon water, for egg wash, optional

Instructions

  • Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. If using puff pastry, roll it out and cut it into rectangles.
  • Using a pizza cutter, cut each crescent triangle into 4ths.
  • Place a mini hot dog at the wide end of each dough triangle and roll it up tightly towards the point.
  • For a golden finish, brush the wrapped sausages with the beaten egg.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the wrapped Pigs in a Blanket in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
  • Set cook time for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
