  • 1 pound smoked sausage or kielbasa, or kielbasa, sliced into thick rounds
  • 8 slices Bacon strips, cut in half
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon BBQ rub , or seasoning of choice

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and BBQ rub in a bowl.
  • Wrap a half-strip of bacon around each sausage slice to form a cup, securing with a toothpick.
  • Fill each bacon cup with the cheese mixture.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  • Place pig shots in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't touch.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
