Description

Air Fryer Pesto Chicken Thighs makes for an incredibly easy and delicious meal. Made with a few ingredients, the air fryer bakes them to perfection!

Ingredients 

  • 8 pieces bone-in chicken thighs, or boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, optional
  • 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, optional, add to the pesto sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon basil, for serving

Instructions

  • Start by seasoning the chicken with Kosher salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
  • In a small bowl (large enough for the chicken), scoop the pesto into it, add the olive oil, and lemon juice, mix well. Place the chicken thighs, in the pesto mixture.
  • Place the chicken thighs into the air fryer basket, set the air fryer temperature to 380 degrees F, air fryer setting, set cook time for 15-20 minutes, cook until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F.
