Description

This Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza Casserole is a fun, family-friendly twist on pizza night, made with pasta, marinara sauce, gooey cheese, and plenty of pepperoni. It cooks up hot and bubbly in the air fryer for a quick and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 8 ounces pizza sauce, or marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Cut the Pillsbury biscuits into quarters. This helps them cook evenly and blend well into the casserole.
  • In a large bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with marinara sauce, making sure each piece is well-coated. Add in shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, stirring to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  • Grease an air fryer-safe baking dish, then spread the mixture into it in an even layer. Top with a little extra cheese and more pepperoni slices if desired for a crisp finish.
  • Place the dish in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Check halfway through to ensure even cooking.
