Description

This simple keto snack requires just one ingredient and only a few minutes in the air fryer! You’ll be completely hooked on these pepperoni chips, which have zero net carbs. Be sure to keep plenty of pepperoni on hand, as you’ll want to make these again and again! It's a healthy, low-carb air fryer recipe that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients 

  • 48 slices pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup dipping sauce, optional

Instructions

  • Place the pepperoni slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they don’t overlap to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
  • Air fry the pepperoni slices, at 400 degrees F, for 4-7 minutes, checking halfway through. The chips are ready when they are crispy and slightly curled. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
  • Once cooked, use tongs to remove the chips and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess grease.
  • Allow the chips to cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy them as a snack on their own or with your favorite dips!
