Description

Easy Air Fryer Pecan Pie made with a buttery crust, fresh pecans, corn syrup, and brown sugar. This small-batch holiday dessert comes together in about 30 minutes — no oven required. A family favorite in our house every Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust, premade
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped (plus a few whole pecans for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 325°F. Roll out the pie crust and cut circles to fit each mini pie tin. Blind bake for 5 minutes, until slightly golden.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined. Sift in the flour and baking powder; stir until smooth.
  • Scatter the chopped pecans into the par-baked crusts.
  • Pour the filling over the pecans. Return to the air fryer at 325°F and cook 5–8 minutes, until the filling is set.
  • Top with a few whole pecans. Let cool slightly to firm up, then serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Equipment

Notes

  • Makes two 4-inch mini pies (about 6 small servings).
  • No corn syrup? Substitute golden cane syrup 1:1.
  • Tent the crust edges with foil if they brown too quickly.
  • Optional: stir in 1 teaspoon bourbon or 1 tablespoon dark rum with the filling.
