Description

Air Fryer Pecan Pie is crafted with fresh pecans, corn syrup, and brown sugar. This delightful air fryer dessert is a family favorite during the holiday season in our home. I love how simple and delicious this pie is to make!

Ingredients 

  • 1 premade pie crust
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unssalted and melted
  • 1/3 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg, slightly beatern
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup pecans, diced

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 325˚F. Roll out shortcrust pastry, then cut out circles to fit inside each mini tin. Blind bake pie crusts for 5 minutes until slightly golden.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, golden/ corn syrup, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla essence until well combined. Sift in flour and baking soda and stir until smooth.
  • Place your pecans into the cooked crust.
  • Pour the corn syrup mixture on the pecans, and place them back into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 325 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until the pecan pie is set.
  • Add a few pecans on top and some whipped cream or ice cream when the pie is fully cooked.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
