Air Fryer Pecan Pie is crafted with fresh pecans, corn syrup, and brown sugar. This delightful air fryer dessert is a family favorite during the holiday season in our home. I love how simple and delicious this pie is to make!
Ingredients
1premade pie crust
2tablespoonsbutter, unssalted and melted
1/3cupcorn syrup
1/4cupbrown sugar
1largeegg, slightly beatern
1/2teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1/4cupall-purpose flour
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/2cuppecans, diced
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 325˚F. Roll out shortcrust pastry, then cut out circles to fit inside each mini tin. Blind bake pie crusts for 5 minutes until slightly golden.
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, golden/ corn syrup, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla essence until well combined. Sift in flour and baking soda and stir until smooth.
Place your pecans into the cooked crust.
Pour the corn syrup mixture on the pecans, and place them back into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 325 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until the pecan pie is set.
Add a few pecans on top and some whipped cream or ice cream when the pie is fully cooked.
