Easy Air Fryer Pecan Pie made with a buttery crust, fresh pecans, corn syrup, and brown sugar. This small-batch holiday dessert comes together in about 30 minutes — no oven required. A family favorite in our house every Thanksgiving!
Ingredients
1pie crust, premade
2tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted
1/3cuplight corn syrup
1/4cupbrown sugar
1largeegg, lightly beaten
1/2teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1/4cupall-purpose flour
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/2cuppecans, roughly chopped (plus a few whole pecans for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 325°F. Roll out the pie crust and cut circles to fit each mini pie tin. Blind bake for 5 minutes, until slightly golden.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined. Sift in the flour and baking powder; stir until smooth.
Scatter the chopped pecans into the par-baked crusts.
Pour the filling over the pecans. Return to the air fryer at 325°F and cook 5–8 minutes, until the filling is set.
Top with a few whole pecans. Let cool slightly to firm up, then serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
