Air Fryer Pear Galette is so good! If you have been looking for the perfect recipe for bears, this is one of my favorites, and it makes for a great summer dessert!
Ingredients
1packagepie crust, refrigerated
4slicedpears, peeled or unpeeled
2tablespoonsbutter, unsalted
Instructions
Spray your tart pan with cooking spray, and then place your dough into your pan.
Fill the center of the pie dough with sliced pears, they do better if they are thinner, and I added diced pears in the middle. (you can either peel or leave the peel on)
Fold the edges over. Using this pan makes it really easy. Place the butter scattered over the top. Place the tart into the air fryer basket or oven (if you use a smaller basket style or smaller oven). Just make individual galettes. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 15 to 20 minutes. (air fryer setting)
Make sure the Air Fryer Pear Galette is fully cooked before removing it.
Depending on what air fryer you are using, if the bottom is not cooking, add a piece of foil on top of the pears, and continue to cook until the bottom is cooked. This really depends on where the heating element is located.
