This Air Fryer Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich is a fun, crispy twist on the classic childhood favorite. With a warm, gooey center and golden toasted bread, it’s ready in minutes and perfect for a quick snack or lunch. Kid-friendly, mess-free, and totally craveable!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons jelly
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 teaspoon butter, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F (175°C) for 1-2 minutes while you prepare the sandwich.
  • Take one slice of bread and spread a thin layer of peanut butter. Spread an even layer of your favorite jelly or jam on the other slice of bread.
  • Place the peanut butter-covered slice of bread on top of the jelly-covered slice to create a sandwich. Lightly butter the outside of the sandwich.
  • Place the prepared sandwich in the air fryer basket. Set the cook time for 3-4 minutes on one side. Carefully flip the sandwich to the other side using a spatula or tongs. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes or until the sandwich is golden brown and crispy.

Equipment
