Description

Air fryer peanut butter chocolate crescent rolls are a 4-ingredient dessert ready in 12 minutes. Flaky crescent dough wraps around melted peanut butter and chocolate chips, air fried at 320°F until golden.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces crescent rolls, 1 can, refrigerated
  • 8 teaspoons peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini chips work best
  • 3 teaspoons butter, melted, optional

Instructions

  • Unroll the crescent dough onto a cutting board and separate it along the perforations into 8 triangles.
  • Spoon 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto the wide end of each triangle, leaving about a half inch of bare dough at the edges. Press 5 to 8 chocolate chips into the peanut butter.
  • Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point, then tuck the point underneath so it doesn't unroll while cooking. Curve the ends slightly inward.
  • Spray the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray and arrange the rolls in a single layer with at least 1 inch between them. Brush with melted butter if using.
  • Air fry at 320°F for 5 to 7 minutes, until the tops are deep golden brown and the seams look set rather than glossy. Cook in two batches rather than crowding one.
  • Let the rolls rest 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Drizzle with chocolate sauce or dust with powdered sugar if desired.
