Air fryer peanut butter chocolate crescent rolls are a 4-ingredient dessert ready in 12 minutes. Flaky crescent dough wraps around melted peanut butter and chocolate chips, air fried at 320°F until golden.
Ingredients
8ouncescrescent rolls, 1 can, refrigerated
8teaspoonspeanut butter, creamy
1/2cupchocolate chips, mini chips work best
3teaspoonsbutter, melted, optional
Instructions
Unroll the crescent dough onto a cutting board and separate it along the perforations into 8 triangles.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto the wide end of each triangle, leaving about a half inch of bare dough at the edges. Press 5 to 8 chocolate chips into the peanut butter.
Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point, then tuck the point underneath so it doesn't unroll while cooking. Curve the ends slightly inward.
Spray the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray and arrange the rolls in a single layer with at least 1 inch between them. Brush with melted butter if using.
Air fry at 320°F for 5 to 7 minutes, until the tops are deep golden brown and the seams look set rather than glossy. Cook in two batches rather than crowding one.
Let the rolls rest 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Drizzle with chocolate sauce or dust with powdered sugar if desired.
