Remove the pie dough from the refrigerator.
Unroll pie dough on flat, lightly floured surface.
Cut pie dough once in half horizontally and once in half vertically.
Use a pastry brush to liberally coat pie dough in egg wash.
Scoop one to one and a half tablespoon of the homemade peach filling into one of the dough sections.
Fold one side over the other – making a pocket shape, and press ends together with a fork to seal.
Repeat this for each one of the dough sections.
Brush top of pies with egg wash using pastry brush, and place into air fryer basket (or onto tray).
Cook for 10 – 15 minutes in air fryer, turning once at the halfway mark, or until flaky and golden.
Remove from air fryer and sprinkle with raw, turbinado or demerara sugar.
Serve hot.
