Description

Enjoy a warm, comforting dessert in minutes with this Air Fryer Peach Crumble! Juicy peaches and a buttery oat topping make this an easy, delicious treat.

Ingredients 

Peach Filling:

  • 30 ounces peaches, sliced and drained
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 2/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup pecans, diced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted and unsalted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Mix all filling ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into the bottom of an air fryer safe baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the topping ingredients until well combined and a crumbled texture.
  • Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly across the top of the peach filling.
  • Place the baking dish in your air fryer basket or tray and bake for 14-17 minutes at 330F on the air fry setting, or until the topping is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Allow the peach crumble to slightly cool before serving. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, enjoy!
