Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2cupall-purpose flour
3 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
1 1/2teaspoonsbaking soda
1teaspoonsalt
1tablespoongranulated sugar
Wet Ingredients:
1 1/4cupmilk
1largeegg
3tablespoonsbutter, unsalted and melted
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, add the wet ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and mix until well blended.
Let the batter rest for a couple of minutes.
Spray an Air Fryer safe pan with cooking spray, or brush with olive oil.
Spread your pancake batter into it. Try to get it as thin as possible.
Set the cook time for 320 degrees F. For 3-6 minutes, then check it, continue to set in 3-minute intervals, until it’s fully cooked.
