Description

Air Fryer Pad Thai Chicken Egg Rolls are crispy, golden, and packed with flavorful chicken and Pad Thai-inspired noodles. An easy air fryer appetizer perfect for parties, snacks, or quick dinners.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Pad Thai Sauce
  • 1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 large scallions, diced
  • 12-16 large egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the shredded 2 cups chicken and the 1/2 cup Pad Thai Sauce
  • Use a pastry brush or your finger, wet the 12-16 large egg roll wrappers edges, and then put about 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling in the center of the egg roll wrapper. Add a couple of slices of red bell pepper and a few scallions slices.
  • Fold the egg roll by folding it, overwrapping the filling.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, and then place the egg rolls into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F for 5-6 minutes.
