Chewy oatmeal cookie base loaded with chocolate chips, baked quickly in the air fryer for a fun, shareable dessert.
Ingredients
3/4cupflour
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
6tablespoonsbutter, room temperature
1/3cupbrown sugar
1/3cupgranulated sugar
1largeegg
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupold-fashioned oats
1cupchocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 6 tablespoons butter, mixing until the butter is softened.
Stir in the 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup old-fashioned oats until fully combined, then gently fold in the 1 cup chocolate chips.
Lightly spray a cast-iron pan with olive oil, then spread the cookie dough evenly into the pan.
Place the pan in the air fryer, either in the oven or basket, and set to 340°F. Air fry for 10 minutes, checking for a golden, set top.
