There is nothing better than an air-fried burger; today, I made a simple Air Fryer Mushroom and Swiss Burger. Absolutely delish and a family favorite.
Ingredients
1poundlean ground beef, 80/20
2teaspoonssteak seasoning
1/2cupSwiss cheese, shredded
1cupmushrooms, sauteed mushrooms (button or Cremini)
2Brioche buns
Hamburger Toppings
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the 1 pound lean ground beef and 2 teaspoons steak seasoning. Then preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, for about 5 minutes.
Form your beef into patties, and then press the middle with your thumb. (This will help your patties keep their shape as they cook up)
Place the patties into the air fryer, and set the cook time for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway. When there is about 1 minute left, spread the shredded 1/2 cup Swiss cheese on top of the burgers, and place it back into the air fryer until the cheese is melted.
To Serve: Place on a 2 Brioche buns and add a healthy scoop of the 1 cup mushrooms.
