Ingredients
8minigraham cracker crusts
2regularchocolate bars
2cupsmini marshmallows
Instructions
Start by laying out the mini pie shells.
Put some small pieces of the chocolate bar into the pie crust.
Sprinkle some mini marshmallows onto the chopped chocolate bar.
Place the mini pies onto the tray, and then slide them into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 3 to 5 minutes.
Room Temperature: If you'll be eating the pies within a day or two, store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
Refrigerator: For longer shelf life (up to 5 days), place them in an airtight container and refrigerate. Note that the crust may lose some of its crispness over time.
Freezing:
Cool Completely: Before freezing, ensure your mini s'mores pies are completely cooled to room temperature.
Wrap Individually: For best results, wrap each pie individually in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
Storage Container: Place the individually wrapped pies in a zip-top freezer bag or airtight container. Label the container with the date and contents.
Freeze: Store in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.
Reheating:
From Refrigeration:
Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and reheat pies for 2-3 minutes or until they're warm and the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 5-7 minutes or until warmed through.
From Freezer:
Thawing: For best results, thaw the pies in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
Air Fryer: If reheating directly from the freezer without thawing, preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and reheat pies for 4-6 minutes.
Oven: If using an oven, preheat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through.
