Description

Easy Air Fryer Mini Lemon Tarts are a quick, tangy, and creamy dessert. Perfectly golden phyllo shells filled with zesty lemon filling and topped with whipped cream.

Ingredients 

  • 12 mini phyllo shells
  • 15 ounces lemon pie filling
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  • Remove the frozen 12 mini phyllo shells and let them thaw for a couple of minutes on the counter.
  • Add the 15 ounces lemon pie filling to the top of the cup,
  • Place them in your air fryer basket or on your air fryer tray, set the air fryer temperature to 250 degrees F, and set cook time for 3-5 minutes. (air fryer setting)
  • Then let cool for a few minutes, then spray the w1 cup whipped cream on top.
