Description

Air Fryer Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie Pies with soft, golden cookie crusts and gooey chocolate chips. Perfect bite-sized dessert or snack, ready in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 premade pie dough , sheets
  • 1 small egg, whisk
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • Combine 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter in a large bowl, beat until creamy.
  • Stir in the v1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Add 1 cup all-purpose flour and mix until it just comes together, stir in the 2 tablespoons milk.
  • Gently stir in the 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to an hour.
  • Lay down one 2 premade pie dough .
  • Divide the cookie dough in 4 amounts and place on the pie crust.
  • Place the top crust on and cut in between the cookie dough
  • Crimp the edges with a fork.
  • For a shiny brown crust whisk o1 small egg with 1 tablespoon water and brush on the pies.
  • Place 1 or 2 hand pies in your air fryer and set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, and set cook time for 10-12 minutes until browned
