Air Fryer Mini Apple Pies use wonton wrappers and apple pie filling baked in a muffin tin for crispy, golden, bite-sized apple pie cups. Just 2 ingredients and ready in about 15 minutes — the easiest fall dessert you'll make all season.
Ingredients
8wonton wrappers
¾cupapple pie filling, about 1 tablespoon per cup
1tablespoonmelted butter, for brushing, optional
1teaspooncinnamon sugar, for sprinkling, optional
Instructions
Lightly spray each cup of a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Press one wonton wrapper into each greased muffin cup, forming a small cup with the corners pointing up.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling into each wonton cup. Avoid overfilling.
(Optional) Brush the exposed wrapper corners with melted butter for extra browning.
Air fry at 320°F for 5 to 8 minutes, until the wonton edges are golden and crisp. Start checking at 5 minutes.
Let cool 1 to 2 minutes, then lift out. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired. Serve warm.
