Description

Have you ever made meatballs in an air fryer? If not, you're missing out! These Air Fryer Meatball Sub Skewers are a delicious and easy way to make sure your next dinner is a success.

Ingredients 

  • 15 to 20 large meatballs, thawed
  • 1 package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  • Pre-cook or thaw your meatballs.
  • Thread the meatballs and crescent rolls onto a skewer. Break the skewers in half if needed so they can fit in the air fryer basket.
  • Space the meatballs and crescent rolls out enough to where the dough can expand.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
  • Air fry with a cooking time of 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F or until the dough has turned golden brown.
  • When they are finished, sprinkle them with mozzarella cheese and parsley.
  • Air fry for 2-3 more minutes until the cheese has melted.
  • Serve with marinara sauce or dipping of choice.
