Description

Bake soft, moist Air Fryer Martha White Banana Nut Muffins packed with ripe bananas and crunchy nuts. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a quick, cozy treat in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 8.5 ounces Martha White Banana Nut Muffin Mix
  • 2 medium banana, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil, or butter
  • 1/4 cup nuts, chopped, optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the 8.5 ounces Martha White Banana Nut Muffin Mix, mashed 2 medium banana, 2 large eggs 1/3 cup milk, and 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Stir until smooth. Fold in chopped 1/4 cup nuts if desired.
  • Grease silicone muffin cups or ramekins with cooking spray.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared cups, filling about two-thirds full.
  • Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Place the muffin cups in the basket and cook for 10–12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Carefully remove muffins and let them cool slightly before serving.
