8.5ouncesMartha White Banana Nut Muffin Mix
2mediumbanana, mashed
2largeeggs
1/3cupmilk
1/4cupvegetable oil, or butter
1/4cupnuts, chopped, optional
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the 8.5 ounces Martha White Banana Nut Muffin Mix, mashed 2 medium banana, 2 large eggs1/3 cup milk, and 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Stir until smooth. Fold in chopped 1/4 cup nuts if desired.
Grease silicone muffin cups or ramekins with cooking spray.
Spoon the batter into the prepared cups, filling about two-thirds full.
Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Place the muffin cups in the basket and cook for 10–12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Carefully remove muffins and let them cool slightly before serving.
